Have you ever wondered which fantastical creature is hiding deep inside you? Together, we’ll discover wondrous hybrid beings that are part human, part animal, hear exciting stories of transformation, and craft masks for our own metamorphosis.
In autumn 2026, the SCHIRN is presenting the first major exhibition on Leonor Fini in Germany. Around 100 works, including paintings, drawings, photographs and objects, will provide a comprehensive insight into the artist’s fascinating body of work. Influenced by the Renaissance, Symbolism, German Romanticism and magical Surrealism, Fini developed a distinctive visual language that bridges the realms of dream, myth and fantasy.
