Who am I? Who do I want to be? What do I want to show the world? In a guided tour together, we’ll first get to know the artist Leonor Fini and explore her world, where hybrid beings live and transformation plays a central role. Afterward – inspired by the exhibition – we’ll design our own sculptural headpiece, one that transforms us and makes our personality visible in a special way.

In autumn 2026, the SCHIRN is presenting the first major exhibition on Leonor Fini in Germany. Around 100 works, including paintings, drawings, photographs and objects, will provide a comprehensive insight into the artist’s fascinating body of work. Influenced by the Renaissance, Symbolism, German Romanticism and magical Surrealism, Fini developed a distinctive visual language that bridges the realms of dream, myth and fantasy.
