Program during the winter holidays: Images that speak (to you)
Art that has something to say! During the Hessian school holidays, participating children will explore the playful and puzzling world of Dadaism in a two-day project and learn how to use text as a design element. After a joint tour of the exhibition “Suzanne Duchamp. Retrospective”, they will create their own colorful Dada-inspired works using a variety of materials.

The SCHIRN is dedicating the world’s first comprehensive solo exhibition to Suzanne Duchamp (1889–1963), a pioneer of the Dada movement. On display is the artist’s multifaceted body of work spanning 50 years, who contributed to the development of Dadaism in the 1910s and 1920s.
