On the occasion of Anna Hulačová’s exhibition, Antara has developed a programme that explores nature from a range of musical perspectives. In biology, the Latin term “imago” refers to the adult insect after metamorphosis; in depth psychology, it denotes the inner image. Under the title Imago Mundi – literally “image of the world” – Antara plays with inner and outer images. Spanning centuries and continents, the soundscapes turn to trees, mountains, seas and animals in a wide variety of ways.
“Antara” is an ensemble of the Bridges Kammerorchester.
