To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors and to protect the artworks, we ask that you observe the following visitor guidelines.<br><br><strong>1. Scope of Application<\/strong><br>These visitor guidelines apply to all visitors to the exhibition halls and publicly accessible areas of the SCHIRN KUNSTHALLE FRANKFURT. By entering the SCHIRN, you acknowledge and agree to these visitor guidelines.<br><br><strong>2. Opening Hours and Admission<\/strong><br>Admission is permitted only during the stated opening hours. Please refer to official announcements and public notices. Last admission to the exhibition halls is usually 30 minutes before closing.<br><br><strong>3. Cloakroom<\/strong><br>Lockers are available on the ground floor and on the first floor in front of Hall 1 for the safekeeping of coats, bags, backpacks, and other personal belongings. Use of the lockers is at your own risk; liability can only be assumed within the statutory legal framework.<br><br><strong>4. Conduct in the Exhibition Halls<\/strong><br>(1) All visitors must ensure that they do not endanger, obstruct, harm, threaten, or harass any other person.<br><br>(2) For conservation reasons, we ask that you maintain the required distance from the exhibited artworks. Under no circumstances should the works be touched.<br><br>(3) For safety reasons, carrying clothing over the arm is not permitted in our exhibition halls.<br><br>(4) Coats, jackets, backpacks, bags, suitcases, umbrellas, etc. may not be brought into the exhibition halls and must be stored in the lockers.<br><br>(5) Small handbags are generally permitted. The supervision staff will decide whether a bag may be brought in on an individual basis. Small backpacks must be carried in front and not on the back. We ask that you carry handbags as close to your body as possible.<br><br>(6) Necessary mobility aids and strollers may be brought into the exhibitions. We offer wheelchairs and strollers that can be used free of charge for the duration of your visit to our premises. To prevent accidents and damage, we reserve the right to ask you to leave strollers at the cloakroom temporarily, depending on visitor traffic.<br><br>(7) Eating and drinking are not permitted in the exhibition spaces. An exception is made for feeding babies.<br><br>(8) Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building, including all exhibition halls.<br><br>(9) Please be mindful that our visitors wish to enjoy the art in peace. Therefore, please avoid making noise, speaking loudly, or using mobile phones.<br><br>(10) With the exception of trained service dogs, no animals are permitted in the exhibition halls.<br><br>(11) In the event of intentional or negligent triggering of the alarm systems, the responsible party shall be liable for the costs arising.<br><br><strong>5. Audio, Photo, and Video Recordings<br><\/strong>(1) Photography, filming, and audio recording on the premises of the SCHIRN KUNSTHALLE FRANKFURT are permitted exclusively for private, non-commercial purposes. Any commercial use requires the prior written approval of the management. The SCHIRN may also declare general photography bans for individual exhibitions, exhibition spaces, or specific objects.<br><br>(2) The use of additional lighting equipment (flash, video lights, etc.) and tripods is not permitted. Any exceptions must be agreed upon in writing.<br><br>(3) Professional photographers and film and audio technicians are requested to contact our ticket office staff for permission.<br><br>(4) Please note that we take our own photos, videos, and audio recordings during our events and publish them in various media (print, audio and online media, etc.). The recordings are used solely for press and promotional purposes on behalf of the SCHIRN KUNSTHALLE FRANKFURT.<br><br><strong>6. Safety<\/strong><br>(1) To protect visitors and works of art, certain areas are under CCTV surveillance.<br><br>(2) Emergency exits and escape routes must be kept clear at all times.<br><br>(3) In situations of danger, we ask you to remain calm and follow the instructions of the staff.<br><br><strong>7. Respectful Interaction and Prohibited Behaviour<\/strong><br>(1) The SCHIRN KUNSTHALLE FRANKFURT stands for respectful and non-discriminatory interaction. Behaviour or statements that interfere with the operation of the facility or the experience of other visitors are prohibited. This applies in particular to any form of discriminatory or degrading statements (hate speech) as well as to criminal acts.<br><br>(2) Statements that are unconstitutional or criminal, as well as the display or distribution of related texts, symbols, or materials, are prohibited. Also prohibited are the distribution of flyers, the hanging or unfurling of banners or posters, and the display of personal promotional materials without permission.<br><br><strong>8. Management Authority<\/strong><br>The right of admission and management authority rest with the management of the SCHIRN KUNSTHALLE FRANKFURT. The management may exercise this authority through SCHIRN employees and representatives, in particular through the supervision staff.<br><br><strong>9. Supervision Staff<\/strong><br>Visitors must comply with the instructions of the supervision staff. In particularly dangerous situations, these instructions may go beyond the specific guidelines for conduct already listed in these Visitor Regulations. In the event of violations of these Visitor Regulations or disruptions to exhibition operations, visitors may be required to leave the premises and the property. In the event of repeated violations, access to the SCHIRN may be prohibited for a limited or indefinite period.<br><br><strong>10. Changes<\/strong><br>Independent of the rules listed in these visitor regulations, we reserve the right to make changes at short notice due to current requirements.<br><br><strong>11.
