I WOULD LIKE TO BUY A TICKET

Time slot tickets are available in the SCHIRN online store until Sunday, March 28. Please be on time: Admission is only possible at the selected time.

Due to high demand and the greatly reduced ticket allotment, tickets regularly sell out very quickly. As soon as we are allowed to reopen, you can book new timed tickets for three days in advance. If you are entitled to free or reduced admission, you will in future be able to reserve a time slot online free of charge. We would also like to ask SCHIRN FREUNDE members to reserve a time slot online.

I HAVE A MUSEUMSUFERCARD, BUT NO TICKET. AND NOW?

Holders of Museumsufer Card/Ticket, press passes, other special authorizations, and families with children (under 18 years of age) are kindly requested to register in advance with the desired date, time slot, and exhibition title by e-mail to the Visitor Service: tickets@schirn.de

Anticipation! With the reopening we offer in the future very easy and convenient for all online reservations in our store.

TICKETS FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES

Families with children (under 18) are asked to register together in advance with the desired date, time slot and exhibition title: tickets@schirn.de Children under two do not need a reservation.

I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL A TICKET

We ask for your understanding that tickets with specific dates are excluded from the 14-day right of objection. The time tickets are thus binding and excluded for subsequent exchange, rebooking of the time slot and refund of the purchase price.

I HAVE MORE QUESTIONS

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at marketing@SCHIRN.de. We thank you for your understanding that due to the large number of requests, there may be delays in responding to your inquiries at this time. In the near future we will offer a quick chat function, as an immediate Corona help for our visitors.

HYGIENE & MEASURES

SO SAFE I AM IN THE SCHIRN

In order to ensure a safe visit to the exhibition, the number of visitors will be greatly reduced until further notice. Please maintain the required distance of at least 1.5 meters from other visitors as well as from SCHIRN staff. The minimum distance is guaranteed by a guidance system. An automatic counting system also regulates the number of visitors in the exhibitions so that you are safe at all times. Disinfection facilities are also available for your convenience. Protection is enhanced by the wearing of medical masks in the SCHIRN. If you do not have a mask with you, you can purchase a disposable mask at the SCHIRN box office at a reasonable price. You are required to leave your contact information for possible follow-up. You can download the contact form in advance and bring it with you or simply fill it out on site.

WHICH MASK DO I HAVE TO WEAR?

You will be asked to wear a medical mask to increase the protection of everyone in the SCHIRN. If you do not have a mask with you, you can purchase a disposable mask at the SCHIRN box office at a reasonable price.

DO I HAVE TO LEAVE MY CONTACT DETAILS?

Yes, you are required to leave your contact information for possible follow-up. You can download the contact form in advance and bring it with you or simply fill it out on site.

Do I need to bring a negative Coronatest?

No, currently you do not have to submit a Coronatest. In the event that further measures are associated with a reopening, we will inform you here in good time.
