IGNAZ SCHICK

Friday–Sunday, 23–25 AUGUST

As part of the workshop, several groups with up to four participants each will develop a short performance for this work. To do so, they will use a sign language Ignaz Schick has developed specifically for turntables, which guides the participants through various prompts and instructions

THIERRY MADIOT

THURSDAY–SATURDAY, 29–31 AUGUST

As part of Big Orchestra, Thierry Madiot will join a group of around six participants, who will develop a performance using these instruments. For this, he is seeking deaf, hearing-impaired and hearing persons with an affinity for music, who can come together from August 28 to 31 at BIG ORCHESTRA to develop a performance using these objects. No musical training is required for this, simply an interest and openness for new musical experiences. A sign-language interpreter will be present and will accompany the group

STEFAN MILITZER AND LASSE-MARC RIEK

FRIDAY–SUNDAY, 6–8 SEPTEMBER

Lasse and Stefan want to spend three days with you hunting for music that you might never have perceived as such. Would you like to come along on this wild journey of discovery and experimentation? We look forward to seeing you! The workshop is aimed at children and young people aged from ten to 17 and will be led by Stefan Militzer and Lasse-Marc Riek, who have been running workshops on the perception and production of sounds for several years as a duo under the name tonangel
