Participants listen, touch, and describe the artworks in the exhibition together. Anna Hulačová draws her art from a deep connection to plants and animals. For her large-format sculptures, she works with concrete, linden wood, honeycomb, and metal. Influences from Surrealism, socialist Brutalism, and Czech folk art merge into a distinctive cosmos. Through detailed descriptions of the works, tactile models, and material samples, the tour group engages in conversation. Her sculptures combine Surrealism, socialist Brutalism, and Czech folk art into a distinctive cosmos, in which she explores the relationship between humans and nature from an ecofeminist perspective. In doing so, bees and concrete become symbols of a utopian-apocalyptic vision.
