Tim Otto Roth will discuss his work *Vocal Revolutions*, machine learning of voices and sounds, text- and image-oriented AI approaches, and the history of talking machines. The conversation will also provide insight into how Roth has incorporated Pope Leo XIV’s AI encyclical *Magnifica humanitas* into his work, both compositionally and conceptually.
